Social Dinner is excluded

Registered accompanying persons may not be co-author of any oral or poster presentation, they have access to all symposia, oral and poster sessions, refreshments during coffee/tea breaks but will not receive an attendance certificate. Only “Registered accompanying persons” will be allowed to accompany the speaker into the conference building/session

For a limited number of people only, it is now available a flat 1-day only registration fee.
This registration will allow you, for one day only (one date only), to attend both scientific and social events, including refreshments during coffee/tea breaks and excluding the Social Dinner.

Those who participate in the congress with an oral presentation, or a poster will not be able to purchase the special entrance - 1 DAY ONLY.
The “onsite registration” and “1 DAY ONLY registration” will be available directly on site (subject to availability).

Upon receipt of the registration and the corresponding payment, the Congress Secretariat will send a confirmation via email to the participant and the invoice. After the end of the Registration, fees are not refundable

All the presenters of an oral or poster communication, will receive a “Participation Certificate”

All participants attending the Congress will receive an “Attendance Certificate”. No attendance certificate will be given to registered accompanying person”
